The Golf Outing and Gala serves as Oakstone Academy’s main fundraiser for the year and is a way for our families to meet each other while supporting the school. We depend on you and your generous contributions to add to the growth and quality of our programs. Through your support we continue to be a light for many families searching to find the right education for their children.

Our passion for making a difference in our school and community is evident through the thousands of hours that students, staff, and parents volunteer each year. Student Leaders alone commit to over 300 volunteer hours per year to serve their school and community. We understand it may not be possible for all of our supporters to volunteer, however the Golf & Gala offers the opportunity for everyone to support our organization in some way.

Please take a moment to review the ways you can make a significant impact in furthering the work at Oakstone Academy.

1. Plan to attend! Join us as we celebrate Oakstone Academy and the great work it’s doing. Register by completing the information attached or by visiting our website and submitting your registration and sponsorship online. You do not have to be a golfer to attend this event. Many families will attend the evening portion and enjoy bidding on auction items as well as having a nice meal.

2. Sponsor a Teacher: For $100 you can sponsor a teacher to attend the event and have a significant impact. Additional sponsorship opportunities are attached for further details on how you can contribute this year. Please help us get the information out in the community by sharing with an employer or local business who would consider partnering with us. For local businesses, a Hole Sponsorship is a great way to contribute and receive advertising.

3. Parent Committee: If you would be willing to help us this year, please email me directly. I will be hosting virtual meetings (if needed) for those interested to discuss ways that you can be involved.
